Can I pick up my purchased Items?
Yes! We are now offering pickup in South Nanaimo. You can chose this option at checkout. When your order is ready for pick up you will receive an email with the pickup location.
What items can I sell with you?
We sell Dog Apparel, Beds & Blankets/Mats, Toys, Bowls and Feeding Accessories, Training Gear, Collars, Harnesses and Leashes for dogs of all sizes that are in new or excellent condition. For more information, you can email us at cashandcoconsignment.com
How do I sell with you?
Please make sure your items are cleaned, free of stains and wear. Please place them in a secure box labelled with your name and contact information, Connect with us to drop off your items or arrange a meet up.
How much is shipping?
Shipping unfortunately is not available at this time but I can do monthly deliveries between Victoria and Campbell River for a small fee.
What is the payout price for Consigners?
If your item is under $200 our payout is 50% of the sale. If your item is over $200 then our payout is 30% of the sale.
How long until I get paid out?
After 8 weeks, you will receive an e-transfer for the items that have sold. If we agree to extend your consignment period, payouts will happen once they reach $50 or when you request them.
What happens with unsold items?
After 8 weeks, if your items are not sold I will contact you to pick up your items within 7 days. After 7 days your items will be donated to a rescue/training business of our choice or to someone in need.
